I use this bag every day. Toss it around a bit too. Still looks good. kind of impressed...

I really liked how the bag looked, and the design is nice. But after just a few wears, the stitching started looking a little loose, and the leather marked up way faster than I expected. For the price, I just thought it would feel more durable. It’s not terrible, just not really worth it for me.

Support did eventually get the issue sorted, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I expected, and of course it dragged on right when I actually needed it working. Glad it’s fixed now, just wish the timing had been better.
